About me
My name is Ashleigh and I live in Glasgow. For over 2 decades, I used alcohol as a crutch, a way of self-medicating, and a coping mechanism to hide how I was truly feeling.
Over the years, alcohol slowly but surely began to take over my whole life. It made me small, and unbeknown to me, it stole my joy! Through the power of connection, feeling all the feels, and the use of a sober toolkit, I am now living a fulfilled life free of alcohol and I would love nothing more than to help you do the same.
